• Lávese bien las manos con frecuencia.

• Póngase como meta subir de 25 a 35 libras como máximo en todo el embarazo.

• Practique yoga, salga a caminar o haga otras cosas para relajarse.
• Dígale al médico si está ansiosa o deprimida.
• Hable con un consejero o un terapeuta sobre sus preocupaciones.
