Parking at Akron Children's
Our Akron campus has 3 parking decks. All the parking decks are open 24 hours. Only the Exchange Deck after 9pm allows direct entry to the hospital.

Every hospital department on this website also has a locations section that lists the recommended parking options for your visit.
Special parking needs can be arranged by Public Safety, call 330-543-8181, or Social Work at 330-543-8830.
All exit gates are automated; cash or credit cards are accepted. Handicapped parking is available on all levels of the parking decks.
Free valet parking is available for emergency patients at the Emergency Room.
All immediate patient families get free parking, regardless of length of visit. Families can obtain these at any time during their visit (on the way in, during, or on the way out). Validations are available at the following Volunteer locations CPB 2 and 3, MHB 2 Grand Revolver, MHB 3 Atrium, MHB 3 Locust, and KJP 1 and 2.
Families are encouraged to park in the Exchange Deck for inpatient visits and the Bowery Deck for outpatient visits in Considine Professional Building.
Non immediate family visiting are charged a maximum of $4 for parking. There is a two hour grace period.
