Use On My Way with your MyChart Account
Log in to your MyChart account. Select the patient, then Urgent Care. After that, choose your arrival time and answer some questions about your kids Urgent Care visit. Your spot will be saved in line, and you can wait at home instead of the Urgent Care office.
Use On My Way without MyChart
On the Find an Appointment page, click Urgent Care. Follow the prompts to provide information about your Urgent Care visit, and select an arrival time for your visit.

If your child is not breathing, is turning blue or is not responsive - call 911 immediately.
If your child is having any of these symptoms, go to the ER:
- Unable to catch breath
- Unable to stop coughing
- Wheezing that can be heard across the room
- Able to see ribs when breathing
- Nose is flaring
- Head is bobbing up and down
- Unable to talk because breathing so hard
- Kids who talk - cannot count to 10 without stopping for a breath
- Breathing treatments have been given at home and aren't helping

- Any student athlete can schedule a sports physical at one of our urgent care locations.
- All sports physicals are by appointment only. Click here to schedule an appointment.
- Bring the completed OHSAA form to your appointment.
- There is a $45 charge for sports physicals, payable by check or credit card. Insurance is not accepted. No refunds will be issued.
Hours for sports physicals differ by location. When scheduling, choose the date and time most convenient for you.
*We are unable to perform physicals for camp, work, or college athletics.
