Hematoma

Esta palabra se parece un poco a “tomate”, pero los hematomas no crecen en una huerta. “Hematoma” es la denominación médica para los moretones o para una marca negra y azul. “Hema” significa “sangre”, que es lo que se ve debajo de la piel cuando te das un golpe muy fuerte. Cuando te golpeas muy fuerte, los vasos sanguíneos se rompen y dejan salir la sangre. Pero después el cuerpo se encarga de arreglar todo. Antes de que te des cuenta, el color negro y azul se habrá transformado en verde o amarillo, y, más tarde, el moretón desaparecerá por completo.
