¿Necesitas sonarte la nariz? La congestión ocurre cuando la nariz se tapa y dificulta la respiración. En general, estás congestionado cuando tienes un resfriado o una alergia y la nariz se tapa con moco (la sustancia pegajosa que sale de la nariz). Estar congestionado no es nada agradable, pero te sentirás mejor si te recuestas, bebes mucho líquido y tomas un medicamento adecuado.
