Meet Catherine Scherer, DO, FAAP

Dr. Scherer joined Akron Children’s developmental behavioral pediatrics in 2023. She earned her medical degree at Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her pediatric residency at the University of Florida in Jacksonville and a fellowship in developmental-behavioral pediatrics at Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio. She’s a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics with additional certification in developmental and behavioral pediatrics.
