Tiffany Thomas-Lakia, MD

Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist

Dr. Thomas-Lakia is a child and adolescent psychiatrist at Akron Children’s. She’s been practicing since 2010 and with Akron Children’s since 2016. She earned her medical degree from Northeast Ohio Medical University and completed her pediatrics residency at University Hospitals Rainbow Babies & Children’s in Cleveland, Ohio. She went on to complete a post pediatric portal project at University Hospitals Case Medical Center. Dr. Thomas-Lakia is board-certified in pediatrics, general psychiatry and child and adolescent psychiatry. She is a member of American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, American Psychiatric Association and the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Thomas-Lakia is a senior instructor at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine and a staff psychiatrist at the Center for Student Wellness and Counseling at Northeast Ohio Medical University.
