Dr. Rubin is a pediatric radiologist and chairman of the Department of Pediatric Radiology at Akron Children’s Hospital. He’s been practicing since 1998 and with Akron Children’s since 2001. He earned his medical degree from the University of North Dakota School of Medicine and completed his residency in diagnostic radiology at The University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. He went on to complete a fellowship in pediatric radiology at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. Dr. Rubin is certified by the American Board of Radiology with a certificate of added qualification in pediatric radiology and is a member of the American College of Radiology, the Society of Pediatric Radiology among other professional groups. He’s authored numerous publications and posters, as well as given lectures and presentations on topics related to radiology. Dr. Rubin has earned several awards for his work as a physician and in academics and is a clinical assistant professor of radiology at Northeast Ohio Medical University.
