An Akron Children’s athletic trainer keeps dancers and gymnasts in top form several locations throughout northeast Ohio, including Perfect Balance, Westside Gymnastics, World Elite Kids, North Canton YMCA Gymnastics Center, MacConmara Academy of Irish Dance, and the Martell School of Dance.
The athletic trainer – who has decades of gymnastics experience as a participant, coach and judge – helps athletes with stretches, exercises and injury prevention. Athletes with more serious injuries are referred to an orthopedic or sports medicine physician.
