Who May Qualify:

Children under the age of 3 diagnosed with idiopathic early onset scoliosis who require certain qualifying interventions.

Who Does NOT Qualify:

Children over the age of 3, children not diagnosed with idiopathic early-onset scoliosis, patients who do not require certain qualifying interventions.
