Rhonda Larimore is the chief human resources officer at Akron Children’s Hospital. She oversees the development and implementation of human resources policies, programs and services that support the hospital’s mission, vision and service orientation. Larimore has more than 20 years of experience in human resources, most recently serving as the vice president of human resources at Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh at University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, where she held a variety of roles since 2002.  Larimore earned a bachelor's degree in business management/human resources management from Carlow University in Pittsburgh and a master’s degree in industrial and labor relations from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in Indiana, Pennsylvania. She holds certifications as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Senior Certified Professional.
