Weese, Meghan

Meghan is the director of nursing professional development and engagement at Akron Children’s Hospital. She completed her undergraduate degree at Kent State University in Kent, Ohio and graduate degrees at The University of Akron, Akron, Ohio. Meghan joined Akron Children’s in 2000 and has been a practicing provider since 2001. She’s certified by the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board, Nurse Executive Advanced Board and the Nursing Professional Development Board, and is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International, the National Society of Pediatric Nurses, the American Organization for Nursing Leadership and the Association for Nursing Professional Development.
