Dr. Jackson is a neonatologist at Akron Children’s. She’s been practicing since 2017. She earned her medical degree from Pennsylvania State College of Medicine in Hershey, Pa. and completed a residency in pediatrics at UPMC Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh, Pa. She went on to complete a neonatal-perinatal fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in Pittsburgh, Pa. Dr. Jackson is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics in general pediatrics and neonatal-perinatal medicine. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and has contributed to numerous professional articles, publications and presentations. Additionally, Dr. Jackson is active in research and serves as an assistant professor of pediatrics at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine.
