Chief Population Health Officer; Executive Director, Akron Children’s Health Collaborative

In this position, Kristene Grayem will work with a population health physician leader to develop and implement the hospital’s population strategy and develop and manage new care models, including pilot and demonstration programs with government agencies, such as the U.S. Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, as well as commercial insurance companies. Grayem, a certified pediatric nurse practitioner, has worked at Akron Children’s for 29 years in a number of administrative roles, most recently as Vice President, Population Health Management, and Interim Director, Akron Children's Health Collaborative. Grayem resides in Bath Township with her husband, Don, and children, Hannah and Matthew.
