Dr. Aguilar is a pediatric hospitalist at Akron Children’s. She’s been practicing since 2018. She earned her medical degree from Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine in Athens, Ohio and completed her residency in pediatrics at Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu, Hawaii. Dr. Aguilar is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and the National Athletic Training Association. Her military experience and awards include earning the Meritorious Service Metal and promotion to Major, United States Army, among many other honors and recognition for academia and service.
