Dr. Dwyer is the medical director of Akron Children’s Pediatrics, where she’s been practicing as a pediatrician since 1999. She earned her medical degree from The Ohio State University College of Medicine in Columbus, Ohio and completed her residency in pediatrics at Akron Children’s. Dr. Dwyer has a special interest in pediatric preventive health care, acute sick care, chronic pediatric illness and mental health. She is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
