Jennifer Biber, MD, FAAP

Dr. Biber is a pediatric intensivist at Akron Children’s. She’s been practicing since 2015 and with Akron Children’s since 2017. She earned her medical degree from The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio and completed her residency in pediatrics at Marshall University in Huntington, W.Va. She went on to complete a residency in pediatric critical care at Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio. Dr. Biber has a special interest in sedation and asthma. She is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics in general pediatrics and pediatric critical care. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and is a member of the Society of Critical Care Medicine, American Academy of Pediatrics and Society for Pediatric Sedation. Dr. Biber has contributed to a number of research studies, publications and professional presentations. She also serves as an assistant professor of pediatrics at Northeast Ohio Medical University.
