I am the mother of two vibrant kids; Harrison and Alizah. I have been engaged with Akron Children's for the last five years for a variety of medical issues with both children. Harrison has had eye surgery for his exotropia (intermittent eye crossing), receives dermatology services for severe eczema, and sees the allergist for tree nut/peanut allergies. Alizah had up to 28 seizures a day at shortly after birth and we have worked with neurology, cardiology and genetics to get her on the road to being seizure free. Every person at the hospital has treated us so well and we enjoy the fun and lively offices. I have years of experience with counseling, mentoring, and navigating services. I would be glad to be a listening ear and a supportive mentor!
