My name is Mary and my son, Justin was diagnosed with diabetes when he was 8 years old. We successfully maneuvered through elementary school and even the 8th grade field trip to D.C. He has maintained an active lifestyle and is now on the high school soccer team. Justin has a lot of friends and is very happy. This disease is challenging and there is no day off, but we want to encourage you to make it fit into your life!
