Akron Children’s has a network downtime scheduled for Sunday, Oct. 19 from midnight to 4 a.m. The hospital is using these overnight hours to upgrade systems on the Akron campus. Patient care during this downtime will not be impacted, and the Akron ER will remain open. Our priority is to continue providing safe, high-quality care.
