Online Mandatory Education for Non-Employees
If you are a non-employed staff member who requires access to document in the electronic medical record, Epic, you must complete mandatory training through My Learning by Infor. This includes contractors, agency, and students who will actively contribute to a patient’s medical record, for example contracted nurses, respiratory therapists or healthcare team members; nursing students or advanced practice provider students; traveling nurses; or rotating residents and interns.

If you are a designated non-employee or volunteer working at an Akron Children’s facility or providing services on behalf of Akron Children’s who does not require access to Epic, use the links below to access the training. Once you view all listed courses, please access the survey below which includes providing your name and other details of your work with Akron Children’s to record your completion of the training.
These courses are designed to work best in a web browser on a desktop or laptop computer. Using tablets and cell phones is not recommended for this training and the course may not function properly on those devices.
