Language Access Services

We offer language access services 24 hours a day at no charge to patients and families with limited English proficiency (LEP) or who are deaf, hard of hearing, blind or visually impaired. Services include:

  • Face-to-face interpreter services in many languages, including sign language
  • Over-the-phone and video interpreter services in approximately 200 languages
  • Assistive communication tools for the deaf, hard of hearing, blind or individuals with communication disabilities
  • Document translation services

Servicios de acceso a idiomas

Servicios de acceso a idiomas se ofrecen las 24 horas del día sin costo alguno para los pacientes y las familias con dominio limitado del Inglés ( LEP ) o que son sordos , con problemas de audición , ciegos o deficientes visuales. Servicios incluyen:

  • Servicios de interpretación en persona en varios idiomas, entre otros la lengua gestual o de señas.
  • Servicios de interpretación telefónica y por video en aproximadamente 200 idiomas distintos.
  • Herramientas de asistencia para la comunicación para sordos, hipoacúsicos, ciegos o personas con incapacidades comunicativas.
  • Servicios de traducción de documentos.
