Akron Children's has cafeteria and dining options at each of its hospitals.
In-Room Dining for Guests
In addition to visiting our retail locations, parents and guests may order and purchase a meal using our ordering portal. Guests must pay with a credit card at the time of the order.
Cash is accepted at our retail locations for any in-store purchases.
THE KIDS' CAFE ON THE GOLISANO CAMPUS WILL CLOSE ON FRIDAY, JULY 10 AT 6 P.M. FOR A NINE-MONTH RENOVATION PROJECT.
The Kids' Café is located on the third floor of the hospital in downtown Akron. It is wheelchair accessible.
Hours of operation:
Monday-Friday: 6 a.m.-6 p.m.
Closed Saturday & Sunday
The Kids' Café features hot food selections, pizza, soups, salads, grab & go items.
Beverages and snacks are served all day. A special "to go" area is available for those who can't stay to dine, or wish to take something home. Convenience items like pre-packaged salads and sandwiches, bread and milk are also available.
If your child is an inpatient, they will be able to choose from a room service menu tailored to their nutritional needs.
The Main Street Market near the Kids’ Café is open 24 hours a day.

Potbelly Sandwich Works at the Kay Kafé is located on the first floor of the Kay Jewelers Pavilion.
Hours of operation:
Monday-Friday: 7 a.m.-10 p.m.
Saturday & Sunday: 7 a.m.-8 p.m.

The J. M. Smucker Company Bistro is located on the second floor of the Considine Building adjacent to the Welcome Center.
Hours of operation (BEGINNING TUESDAY, JULY 7, 2026:
Monday-Friday: 6:00 a.m.– 5 p.m.
Closed Saturday, Sunday and holidays
The Bistro features:

The Kids' Bistro at Akron Children's Beeghly campus is located in Building D near the main entrance. It is wheelchair accessible.
Open 7 days a week, 7:30 a.m.-6:30 p.m.
Hot, made-to-order food available at 8 a.m.
Outside dining is also available on the patio.

The Corner Market is located on the third floor of the Kay Jewelers Pavilion.

The Coffee Corner features a 24/7 robotic barista that can whip up more than 250 combinations of coffee and other specialty beverages, including customized foam images. It is located in the third floor hallway connecting the main Atrium to the Kay Jewelers Pavilion at the hospital’s Akron campus. Orders can be placed on screens at the kiosk or remotely through the MyAppCafe app available on iTunes and Google Play.
