The hotline is operated by an independent, outside company that specializes in healthcare compliance. You can give your name or report anonymously. Here's what to expect:
- A live, trained operator answers every call — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Calls are confidential and not recorded.
- The operator will guide you through the process and ask questions to help capture your concern clearly.
- You will receive a case number so you can call back and check progress.
- You can also submit an anonymous report online.
You can use the hotline to report any concern, including:
- Billing questions or unexpected charges
- Privacy concerns (how your information is used)
- Behavior that felt disrespectful or unprofessional
- Situations that made you feel uncomfortable or unsafe
- Possible policy or ethical concerns
- Concerns about patient care or safety
- Retaliation for reporting good faith concerns
