Pediatric Consultants joins the Akron Children’s Pediatrics network

Pediatric Consultants has joined the Akron Children’s Pediatrics network.

The Ashland West location, at 1522 Claremont Ave. Ashland, and the Ontario location, at 896 N. Lexington-Springmill Road, Ontario have expanded the Akron Children’s Pediatric network to 42 locations across Ohio.

This expands the availability of Akron Children’s pediatric providers in Ashland and Richland Counties from two locations to four.

Patient families in these counties will have access to:

• Telehealth and Quick Care Online visits
• All of the tools of Akron Children’s MyChart, including online appointment scheduling
• 7-day-a-week Appointment Center availability
• The after-hours nurse line
• A patient-centered medical home, a care model that provides patient-focused care, improves quality and reduces health care costs.

The Akron Children’s Ashland West and Ontario locations will be staffed by the same Pediatric Consultants staff who have been caring for Ashland and Mansfield families since 1999.
