Forbes names Akron Children’s among America’s Best Employers for Healthcare Professionals 2025

Akron Children’s has been recognized by Forbes as one of America’s Best Employers for Healthcare Professionals 2025, a distinction that celebrates organizations where caregivers feel supported, valued and inspired to deliver exceptional care.

The annual ranking, conducted in partnership with Statista, surveyed more than 17,000 U.S. health care and social services employees working for organizations with at least 1,000 staff members. Respondents rated their employers on factors such as workplace culture, development opportunities, compensation and overall job satisfaction.
