Akron Children’s to open primary care office in Jackson Township

Akron Children’s is expanding its reach in Stark County with the opening of a pediatric primary care location in Jackson Township. Community Health Care (CHCI) has joined Akron Children’s primary care network, and the practice will be named Akron Children’s Pediatrics, Jackson.
The office, which is located at 7058 Fulton Dr. NW, will open on Tuesday, October 21. The brand-new office will have convenient parking, 24 primary care exam rooms and access to the hospital’s extensive network of pediatric specialists. The move strengthens Akron Children’s commitment to providing high-quality, family-centered care in Stark County.
Patients who have been seen by a CHCI provider in the last three years will automatically transition to become Akron Children’s Pediatrics patients without needing to transfer records or re-establish care. Providers in the Jackson office include:

“Opening our new Jackson Akron Children’s Pediatrics office is an exciting step forward in bringing care closer to home for families. The addition of the Jackson office brings the total number of Akron Children’s Pediatrics’ offices in Stark County to five. The others are in Alliance, Massillon, North Canton and Perry.
