Is the hepatitis B vaccine really meant for high-risk groups? Should every baby get it?

While the vaccine is especially important for babies at higher risk, we can’t always identify every risk ahead of time. That’s why it’s recommended for all newborns – to provide protection in situations we can’t predict.
