Is dealing with a fever safer than taking Tylenol during pregnancy?

High or prolonged fever during pregnancy can be harmful, especially early on. So doctors don’t want women to simply put up with a fever because of a fear of using Tylenol. We recommend using Tylenol at the lowest effective dose when medication is needed. And if you have questions or concerns, talk to your OBGYN.
