PLEASE NOTE: Last minute equipment requests cannot be accommodated. Please submit your request within three working days of your request date**

The following terms and conditions apply during the equipment lending period

• Equipment provided has been issued in good working order; please contact the Simulation Center if any of the equipment is not working properly or if assistance is needed for set-up. (330-543-1662)
• If the equipment is returned damaged or with missing parts, the Simulation Center reserves the right to charge your cost center for the repair and/or replacement of the equipment
