Recipe: ½ cup Greek Yogurt (plain or vanilla) 3/4-1 cup milk of choice ½ - 1 frozen banana Handful spinach (~2 cups worth) 4-5 fresh mint leaves Ice as desired for creaminess (~1/2-1 cup) Blend it all up and enjoy with some whipped cream and chocolate chips! 1 serving = 450 calories, 13 grams sugar (naturally coming from yogurt, fruit, and milk, not table sugar)
