Janae Bragg was named Vice President of Talent Management in 2022. Her responsibilities include providing strategic direction for Akron Children’s’s workforce planning, talent acquisition, provider recruitment, talent development and employee engagement and recognition. Bragg joined Children’s as Director of Talent Acquisition in 2017. She also served as Vice President of Diversity, Inclusion and Talent Acquisition. Before joining Children’s, she was Director of Talent Acquisition for the Cleveland Clinic and also held other human resources positions at Modis IT and FedEx Custom Critical. Bragg holds a bachelor’s degree in business and organizational communications from The University of Akron and an executive MBA from Kent State University. She currently serves as a board member of the Ohio & Erie Canalway Coalition.
