As the Vice President of Finance, Alicia LaMancusa provides day-to-day leadership and strategic direction in the areas of financial reporting, treasury functions, insurance, bond compliance, reimbursement, accounts payable, cash processing, and payroll. She is responsible for managing the audits of the consolidated financial results, pension plans, and captive insurance company, along with active participation in the board of directors’ investment, audit and finance committees. Previously, she served as the director of finance at Akron Children’s Hospital.
