Akron Transit Center

Metro Regional Transit Authority

The Transit Center in downtown Akron serves as a hub for the Metro Regional Transit Authority, Greyhound, Megabus and other bus services. The Transit Center is located 0.8 miles from the Akron campus of Akron Children's Hospital. Several bus routes stop on Bowery Street at the Akron campus. Metro offers a Transit Trip Planner to help you choose the best route to the hospital.

Western Reserve Transit Authority (WRTA) provides Mahoning County public transportation services. WRTA offers fixed route services; special service transit; curb-to-curb service; and suburban loop and crosstown services.
