Donate to the 2026 Holiday Tree Festival

Fill in the following form and, upon submission, we will email a copy for your records. Contracts will be accepted through August 29th unless number of maximum trees are reached prior to that date.

Separate contracts must be completed for each item donated
(unless it is the intention to sell the wreath or gift with the tree as one item)

    Width: Maximum 6'x 6' space allotted. Additional space is not available.

LED lights required. No battery operated lights accepted.

If you are donating a wreath, you MUST include a size, even if it is an estimation.
