The goal of this study is to monitor long term-outcomes of scoliosis patients who receive surgical treatment, and patients who choose not to have surgery.

Who May Qualify:
Patients aged 8-21 years diagnosed with cerebral palsy and scoliosis. Patients may be pursuing spinal fusion surgery or have elected not to pursue surgery.
Who Does NOT Qualify:
Patients with:
- previous spine surgeries
- diagnosis of Rett’s syndrome
- concomitant lower extremity surgery
- Cornelia de Lange syndrome or similar pervasive genetic disorders
- tethered cord
- spinal muscular atrophy (SMA)
