Customized care

Sports performance service begins with an initial assessment to screen for any medical issues – and review the athlete’s functional movement, current training routine, nutritional intake and mental well-being. From there, athletes receive personalized plans based on their age, sport and overall wellness.Sports performance and wellness evaluations are different from the yearly pre-participation sports physical.
