Deepesh Randeri, CISSP, CISM, CFE, is the vice president of information security at Akron Children’s. He is responsible for maintaining the Akron Children’s information security program to protect enterprise communications, systems and assets from both internal and external threats. Prior to joining Akron Children’s, he served as senior director of cybersecurity and compliance for Stonerise Healthcare in Charleston, West Virginia. He has also worked for insurers in Charleston and Columbus, Ohio, and for the state of West Virginia in various information technology and information security roles. Randeri has a bachelor’s degree in computer science and applied math from Alderson-Broaddus College and a master’s degree in cybersecurity from the University of Charleston.
