Randi's Story

My son has hemophilia. He is also a leukemia survivor, finishing treatment in 2006, and he had a spontaneous brain bleed in July 2013. I have been a volunteer at Akron Children's since 2003, serving as a parent mentor and a parent representative on the Parent Advisory Council, ethics committee, family centered care committee. I have also had many volunteer speaking opportunities.
