The Adopt-A-School program began at Akron Children’s Hospital Mahoning Valley in 2007. Annually, we identify and select one elementary school located in Mahoning, Trumbull, or Columbiana counties to participate as our adopted school. Various hospital supported programs are provided to our adopt-a-school students throughout the school year.
