Kim Locker continues her long journey home

For the last 296 days, Kim Locker, a 23-year-old Carroll County resident, has been an inpatient in the Paul and Carol David Foundation Burn Institute at Akron Children's Hospital. She had suffered burns on about 80% of her body and had her legs amputated after being hit by a drunk driver. Yesterday, she went home to the cheers of her family, as well as the many friends she inspired during her stay. Originally aired on http://www.newsnet5.com on February 28, 2109.
