Medical records transfer
In order to serve you and your family to the best of our ability, we would like to have your child’s medical records sent to us. The link above contains a partially pre-filled HIPAA authorization form. Please fill in the blank sections that apply, sign and date the form – and give it to your child’s current pediatrician’s office. They will then send over the information we need. If you have any questions about the form, please contact our Health Information Management department at 330-543-8552. We will be happy to assist in transferring your child’s care to Akron Childrens Pediatrics!

Free provider interviews
Expectant parents can interview primary care providers in person or with a virtual (video) visit. Please call the office for an appointment.

Methods of payment
Payment for a copay or personal balance is expected at the time of service. We accept Visa, Mastercard and debit cards. We do not accept cash payments. You can pay your bill with MyChart – just log in and click “Pay Your Bill.”
