Monday : 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Tuesday : 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Friday : 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Our last appointment is at 4:40 p.m. Phones turn off 30 minutes before the office closes.

E-visits are available for minor illness like rash, red eye, insect bites, cough and cold. No need to schedule an appointment with your provider or miss school/work! Expectant parents can interview primary care providers in person or with a virtual (video) visit. Please call the office for an appointment.
Methods of payment
Payment for a copay or personal balance is expected at the time of service. We accept Visa, Mastercard and debit cards. We do not accept cash payments. You can pay your bill with MyChart – just log in and click “Pay Your Bill.”
