Walk-in care for established patients:
Monday-Friday, 9-11 a.m.
Established patients can walk in to be treated for allergies; minor burns or sunburn; cold, cough, congestion or upper respiratory infection; small cuts; diarrhea or vomiting; ear infections or earaches; eye redness, drainage or itching; fever for child 3+ months; flu; insect bites/stings or minor dog bite; nausea; pain upon urination; rashes or skin infections; sore throat; and urinary tract infection in potty-trained child with a fever less than 103 degrees.

Saturday hours
Care is available at the nearby Boston Heights office Saturdays from 8:30 a.m.-noon. Providers from Boston Heights, Brecksville and Twinsburg rotate Saturdays at the Boston Heights office.
