Phones turn off 30 minutes before the office closes.

Expectant parents can interview primary care providers in person or with a virtual (video) visit. Please call the office for an appointment.
Methods of payment
Payment for a copay or personal balance is expected at the time of service. We accept Visa, Mastercard and debit cards. We do not accept cash payments. You can pay your bill with MyChart – just log in and click “Pay Your Bill.”
