High call volume
The Akron Children’s Appointment Center is receiving an increased number of calls, causing parents to wait on hold for longer lengths of time. We apologize that your wait may be longer than anticipated. Your child's care is our top priority, and we are actively working to improve the process for our valued patients and families. Thank you for your patience as we answer calls and care for every child who comes through our doors. If you have a MyChart account, remember you can schedule appointments online 24/7. If you don’t have MyChart, click here to request access.
