Akron Children's Office of Continuing Medical Education is pleased to process your cancellation and, if applicable, a refund for our paid activities with the following stipulations:
- Any registrant who cancels greater than 5 business days prior to a paid activity is entitled to a full refund.
- Any registrant who cancels less than 5 business days and more than 24 hours prior to a paid activity is entitled to a refund minus a $25 processing fee.
- Any registrant who cancels less than 24 hours prior to a paid activity or does not come to the activity without cancelling is not entitled to a refund.
- All refunds will be handled by the CME Office.
- Refunds will be in the form of a check issued from the CME Office to your registration name and address. There will be no credits applied to a debit/credit card.
