Objectives (Educational Content) :
1. Implement shared strategies in the management of targeted clinical challenges. 2. Assess and manage patients presenting with certain clinical problems. 3. Recognize clinical services available to their patients in the system.
Target Audience:
General pediatricians, family physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, social workers, psychologists, and nurses.
Identified Gap:
Pediatric urologic complaints are common in the outpatient clinic. Many physicians and advanced practice providers have limited education on management of these complaints leading to frequent referral. Further education is essential to ensure that providers are utilizing the most recent guidelines and improve the care of patients.
