Written Policy for Refund of Fees

    Written Policy for Refund of Fees When a Program is Canceled or Rescheduled

    In the event a program is canceled by the Akron Children’s Speech Pathology CE Committee:

    • Registrant who was previously confirmed and payment was received will receive a full refund.
    • All refunds will be handled by the Akron Children’s Speech Pathology CE Committee.
    • Refunds will be in the form of a check issued from the Akron Children’s Speech Pathology CE Committee to your registration name and address. There will be no credits applied to a debit/credit card. 

    In the event a program is rescheduled by the Akron Children’s Speech Pathology CE Committee:

    • Registrant will be informed of the rescheduled date and time.
    • If the registrant cannot attend at the new date and time, a full refund will be granted.
    • All refunds will be handled by the Akron Children’s Speech Pathology CE Committee.
    • Refunds will be in the form of a check issued from the Akron Children’s Speech Pathology CE Committee to your registration name and address. There will be no credits applied to a debit/credit card.

     

    Written Policy for Refund of Fees When Participants Cancel Registration

    Any registrant who cancels greater than 5 business days prior to a paid activity is entitled to a full refund.

    • Any registrant who cancels less than 5 business days and more than 24 hours prior to a paid activity is entitled to a refund minus a $25 processing fee.
    • Any registrant who cancels less than 24 hours prior to a paid activity or does not come to the activity without cancelling is not entitled to a refund.
    • All refunds will be handled by the Akron Children’s Speech Pathology CE Committee.
    • Refunds will be in the form of a check issued from the Akron Children’s Speech Pathology CE Committee to your registration name and address.  There will be no credits applied to a debit/credit card.
