Special Instructions:
If exposure to measles has occurred, collect blood within 1 week of exposure to determine immune status. This test is primarily used to establish immunity by testing a single specimen for IgG Abs to Rubeola virus.

Vaccinated: positive (> or = 1.1 AI)

Unvaccinated: negative (< or = 0.8 AI)

Reference values apply to all ages
